Key Project Elements

I began the project with four main project components in mind:

• Cell Culture - Locate robust, small, fluorescent cells
• Cartridge Alteration - Adapt the ink cartridges to be biocompatible
• Software - Alter printer drivers have appropriate patterning and current for drop formation
• Integration - Combining all the above elements into a functioning machine

However, as the project progressed, the key project elements morphed into the following:

• Device Creation
• Cartridge Manipulation
• Cell Printing Experimentation
