Making PSF slides
- Use PS-Speck ORANGE beads, 170nm
- Using a small pipette tip, spread 2-3uL of beads around to the size of a 18x18 cover slip (do not draw a circle with permanent marker, as its drying seems to mess up the bead distribution)
- Let the slides air dry
- Drop ~5uL glycerol on the slide where the beads are
- Cover gently with cover slip, allow glycerol to spread to edge of cover slips
- Seal edges with nail polish
