OD562 absorbance measurements for protein concentration calculations

During the 1 hour incubation of Part4A use Microsoft Excel to prepare a graph of absorbance versus BSA concentration using the sample data here. You will need to use the trendline equation to calculate the protein concentration of your example elution data. You may also find this technical bulletin helpful.
