Week 2 Report
This week 3/18
- Created a list of materials
- Borrowed Electro Pressure Regulator from Manalis Lab
- Asked permission to borrow manual regulators from Manalis Lab
- Acquired BF/Fluor microscope from fellow 345 lab member
Next week 3/25
- Review particle tracking code
- Order pressure system parts online (after approval of Excel spread sheet of materials and expenses)
- Refurbish acquired microscope
- Wire Electro Pressure regulator
- Plan experiments and their materials (cells, buffer, chemoattractant)
Risk and Issues
- The scavenged manual regulators might be faulty so I will have to give myself enough time to finding the best ones
