Hardware

Software

  • New repo dead-motor-scan setup for our basic scanning code. All related subrepos will now be prefixed 'dead'.
  • py-avt-pvapi updated for real-time camera capture via openCV bindings.
  • Turns out openCV doesn't have a simple CC labeler, so we have to write our own... :(

Next Steps

  • Consolidate codebase and test the stage scanning / processing with fluorescent beads.
