Objective

The objective of this project is to constructed an automated directed evolution apparatus for long term evolution and optimization studies. Conducted as final project for 20.345 Spring 2011.

Goals

• Primary - demonstrate targeted cellular ablation
• Secondary - implement ablation scanning optics / mechanics
• Tertiary - build software for long-term time studies
