Recall that you have been preparing for the lab practical all along. As "For Next Time" assignments, you have:

  1. a protocol that describes the PCR you did, including the basic design elements for your primers in sufficient detail so a classmate could make their own primers that serve the same purpose (even if the primers are not identical).
  2. a transformation cheatsheet
  3. a diagnostic digest cheatsheet
  4. gel interpretation
